Painfull , I Cannot Take It

Shit ! my body startin to get pain everypart . Its damn pain ,
my chest ,
my hand ,
my shoulder .
Gosh ! i really cannot take it , i feel wana cut it . urghhh ! everytime rite after i do gym , comform this will happen to me :(. If abit and for while only , its okay laa ,but this one im oredy suffering for two days. and i have put muscle cream before that but still not working .
Hope It will be better by tommorow .
I need A massage From M.A.F ;D,
It would help me alot .
